The sign-up area links the Terms, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. You can open every document without an account. The Imprint identifies and provides contact details for the operator of the instance you are using.
#Your privacy controls
Optional product analytics are your choice. No answer means no optional collection. Settings under Privacy lets you change that choice, download your data, or request account deletion with a 30-day period to change your mind.
#Escrow pledge refunds
A campaign that misses its goal, or is cancelled before any artist release, makes your full pledge refundable with no platform fee deducted. If a deposit was already released, the refund is your proportional share of what remains in escrow. You claim it from the campaign with the wallet that pledged. If you have not claimed once refunds open, Resonate reminds you in your notifications when they open, after 7 days and after 30 days, with a link to the campaign; claiming never costs a fee.
