#What the wallet is for
Your smart account is the wallet Resonate created with your passkey. It holds your balance, receives artist payouts, pays for stems and pledges, and tracks any stakes you have placed. You approve each action with your passkey — there are no separate keys to back up.
#Adding funds
Resonate settles payments in stablecoins (a digital dollar such as USDC) so prices stay steady. Add funds from the Wallet page, then your balance is ready for Marketplace purchases and Shows pledges.
#Security & recovery
- Passkey signer — your passkey is what authorizes transactions.
- Recovery — you can add trusted recovery options so you never lose access if a device is gone.
- Spending caps — when you let an AI agent spend on your behalf, you set a budget cap it can never exceed.
#Stakes
