When Resonate ships an update, you may see a banner inviting you to reload. This is non-destructive — it just refreshes the app to the latest version.
#Resetting your local session
If you start seeing unexpected sign-outs or errors after an environment change, Resonate offers a guided session reset. It clears only Resonate's saved session data on this browser and signs you out so you can sign back in cleanly. You can also trigger it manually under Settings → Troubleshooting.
